I earlier appealed on Feburary 20 to Hon’able Chief Commissioner of Disabilities to take suo-moto cognisance of Miss Jeeja Ghosh’s matter. Today I got a favourable response from CCPD:

Office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities had already taken the Suo-motu notice of the report that appeared in the Times of India.  We have issued a Show Cause Notice to the Airline and DGCA which is attached.
