Dr Gautam Pandey, department of Anatomy, UCMS, Delhi made the above video for second India International Disability Film Festival titled 'Ability Fest 2007' held at Chennai. The fest introduced for the first time the concept of 'Audio description' in a film festival in India. Dr Gautam's entry in the '60 seconds to fame' captures how disabled people can bring diversity and colours to our life.
