Post the two court cases in Court of Chief Commissioner for Perons with Disabilities and in the National Human Rights Commission filed by Dr Satendra Singh, MCI revised the Standard Assessment Form and thereby fixed the accountability of accessibility on to the Dean/Principal/Director by putting this in Dean's Declaration form
